I have read through numerous dark eye circle complaints, but no one is really posting the answers. I am 22 and have dark under eye circles, but to me i don't consider them eye circles, but veins that are showing through my thin skin under my eyes, as it does encircle my whole eye. I was wonder what the options are for getting rid of these, as i too where make up everyday, but wish that i could go out with out having to put something on. also, what doctor deals with this, should I go to a dermatologist, or is there someone else that deals with this. I know they have vein treatments for legs, but is this the case for the face also. please let me know...either on here or email me privately and i will post what information i have accumulated.... thanks for the help.
