Hi my name is Gabriele and I'm 21years old.I'm writing from Rome;I've been under surgery for the first time in 2001 and they made me rinoplasty and septumplasty.after this operation came to me many problems:my respiration became very difficult,and my refluxes(I was born with iatal ernia,incontinent cardias+gerd disease)became more and more frequent and disturbes me always(came to me also aerofagy,and sporadic causes of extrasystoles).As you can see came to me after this operation a lot of disturbes so I've been operated again on 25 may 2004 and they put the lower part of my nasalmy septum right,but only the lower part of this has been put right,the upper part of the septum is still deviated--the surgeon told me that the upper part of the septum is not important for the respiration--(the septum in fact hasn't been put right in the first operation)and they decongested my low turbinates.Now my respiration is still very dificult and I'm forced to put on me breatheright in order make not collapse the nose during the inspiration(in the first operation they brang me away my cartillagini--the triangolars,maybe also the alars-- so when I breathe my nose collapse)and also when I put the breathright my respiration is still difficult.Can you help me?
